- Get a weight loss buddy. Following the diet with a friend or partner makes grocery shopping and meal times easier, and you can also help each other stay motivated.
- Exercise! One of the major perks of the hCG diet is that exercise is not required; you will see impressive results regardless of whether you work out or not. However, you can lose even more if you add light exercises to your routine. We do not recommend heavy exercise during the hCG diet, but we do encourage our patients to get active in some way.
