Since completing the hCG diet, Catherine has mostly eaten a paleo-style diet and has not added any sugars, starches or carbs back yet, and doesn’t plan on it anytime soon. She said she remembers eating foods with those kinds of things and it gave her the same feeling as a hangover.


After cutting out the food that was bad for her body, Catherine says she has been feeling great, and weighs only 160.2 lbs!
